As I work in a secondary school our literacy coordinator has started an initiative to encourage students to read more and she is encouraging staff to also join in with the initiative in order to help with relaxation and to improve staff well being.
I am going to try to join in and read as many as I possibly can although I quite often need a push to pick up a book and read it.
