Nancy has asked us to post our pictures for scenery and here are some of my favourites.
The topic for Nancy Merrills photo a week this week is baked. It seems a long time since I baked as for the last two weeks it has been Mr H who has been busy baking rhubarb crumble. The pictures below are a couple of my past bakes.
The topic for Nancy Merrill’s challenge this week is vacation memories.
Although each weekend we vist the caravan this does not always feel like it is a holiday but since being with Mr H we hhave been on some lovely holidays especially in the Lake District but this week I was reminded that our first holiday together was in the Isle of Man Below are some of the photographs from that holiday.
We have recently also had some great camping holidays one to Hawkshead in the Lake District and one in Kirkby Stephen. Below are some of the photographs from them.
Today’s blog is for Nancy Merrill’s photo a week which is happiness is …
So today is Mr H and my anniversary so this had to be my post today and it definitely makes me happy being with my best friend everyday.
For Sandy Chronicles friendly Friday challenge she has asked for photographs containing shadows and this is one of my favourites taken while Mr H and I where walking Charlie dog.
Nancy Merrill this week is asking us to post photographs of squirrels so here are some of the pictures I have managed to get.
This one was taken at one of our favourite parks to go with Charlie dog in Liverpool.
This one was taken was actually taken on my way o work one morning you can just see the squirrel about to run up the tree.
The next set of photographs were taken at Formby pine woods, we love visiting here as Charlie gets to walk through the woods and also on the beach. This is one of a few places that you are still able to see red squirrels. The first is a statue of a squirrel for sculpture Saturday from Mind over memory at the woods and then the rest are of some red squirrels.
